President

Mark Ferraro

Mark co-founded TMC Companies in 1985, acquiring, developing, and selling real estate projects throughout Southern California. Under his leadership, TMC has placed over $300 million of equity capital into projects with a build-out value exceeding $3 billion.

Mark holds a B.S. in Finance with a real estate emphasis from Cal State Long Beach and is a licensed California real estate broker.

Suleman Gajere

Vice President

Suleman is a versatile real estate professional with experience driving ground-up development and complex renovation projects across multi-family, office, retail, hospitality, and healthcare asset classes.

Suleman holds a Master in Real Estate from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston. He is a registered architect in multiple states.
